The federal law regulates relations arising in connection with the acquisition and termination of the status of self-regulatory organizations, the activities of self-regulatory organizations, uniting business or professional entities, the interaction of self-regulatory organizations and their members, consumers of goods (works, services) produced by them, federal executive bodies, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local authorities
