The standard was developed and recommended for use on the territory of the Udmurt Republic when designing new, reconstructed, overhaul heated apartment buildings (multi-unit and single-unit), public buildings (administrative, pre-school, general, higher educational institutions, medical institutions and clinics) and mixed-type buildings (with built-in public facilities) with normalized temperature and relative humidity of the internal air.
Эталон разработан и рекомендован к применению на территории Удмуртской Республики при проектировании новых, реконструируемых, капитально ремонтируемых отапливаемых жилых домов (многоквартирных и одноквартирных), зданий общественного назначения (административных, дошкольных, общеобразовательных, высших учебных заведений, лечебных учреждений и поликлиник) и зданий смешанного типа (со встроенными помещениями общественного назначения) с нормируемыми температурой и относительной влажностью внутреннего воздуха.
