Charter of railway transport of the Russian Federation

The Federal Law "Charter of the Railway Transport of the Russian Federation" regulates the relations arising between carriers, passengers, consignors (senders), consignees (recipients), owners of public railway infrastructures, owners of non-public railways, other individuals and legal entities when using the services of the railway public transport and non-public rail transport, and establishes their right wa duties and responsibilities. The charter defines the basic conditions for the organization and implementation of the transportation of passengers, goods, baggage, cargo luggage, the provision of services for the use of public railway infrastructure and other services related to transportation. The Charter also applies to the carriage of goods, cargo luggage, loading and unloading of which are carried out in places of general and non-public use, including non-public railway lines, as well as on railway lines under construction adjacent to public railways
Федеральный закон "Устав железнодорожного транспорта Российской Федерации" регулирует отношения, возникающие между перевозчиками, пассажирами, грузоотправителями (отправителями), грузополучателями (получателями), владельцами инфраструктур железнодорожного транспорта общего пользования, владельцами железнодорожных путей необщего пользования, другими физическими и юридическими лицами при пользовании услугами железнодорожно��о транспорта общего пользования и железнодорожного транспорта необщего пользования, и устанавливает их права, обязанности и ответственность.
