The federal law regulates legal relations related to the exercise by a citizen of the Russian Federation of the right to appeal to state bodies and local self-government bodies assigned to him by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and also establishes the procedure for considering citizens' appeals by state bodies, local self-government bodies and officials
