On compulsory health insurance in the Russian Federation

The federal law regulates relations arising in connection with the implementation of compulsory medical insurance, including determining the legal status of subjects of compulsory medical insurance and participants in compulsory medical insurance, the grounds for the emergence of their rights and obligations, guarantees for their implementation, relations and liability related to the payment of insurance premiums on compulsory health insurance for the non-working population
