Status: Effective. Federal law entered into force on the day of its official publication
The federal law defines the basic principles and content of activities to ensure state security, public safety, environmental safety, personal safety, other types of security stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the powers and functions of federal government bodies, government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments in security areas, as well as the status of the Security Council of the Russian Federation
