The set of rules applies to the design of the development of the territories of horticultural, summer non-profit associations of citizens, buildings and structures located on them, and also serves as the basis for the development of territorial building codes of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
Свод правил распространяется на проектирование застройки территорий садоводческих, дачных некоммерческих объединений граждан, находящихся на них зданий и сооружений, а также служит основой разработки территориальных строительных норм субъектов Российской Федерации.
