Recommendations for energy efficiency of residential and public buildings
Рекомендации по обеспечению энергетической эффективности жилых и общественных зданий
Status: Effective
Energy efficiency requirements shall be applied in the design, examination, construction, overhaul and current repair, reconstruction, commissioning and during operation within the time period during which the fulfillment of energy efficiency requirements is ensured by the builder, constructed and reconstructed heated buildings equipped with heat-consuming installations, electric receivers, water folding devices and (or) devices for using natural gas for the purpose of echeniya consumers of energy resources and utilities. The document is intended for all participants in urban planning activities.
Требования энергетической эффективности подлежат применению при проектировании, экспертизе, строительстве, капитальном и текущем ремонте, реконструкции, вводе в эксплуатацию и в процессе эксплуатации в пределах срока, в течение которого выполнение требований энергетической эффективности обеспечивается застройщиком, построенных и реконструированных отапливаемых зданий, оборудованных теплопотребляющими установками, электроприемниками, водоразборными устройствами и (или) устройствами для использования природного газа с целью обеспечения потребителей энергетическими ресурсами и коммунальными услугами. Документ предназначается для всех участников градостроительной деятельности.
