The recommendations establish a list, definitions and criteria for assessing hazardous agrometeorological phenomena (OAI), the most significant for damage to crops. The recommendations are intended for experimental use by Roshydromet institutions in the implementation of agrometeorological information support for consumers.
Рекомендации устанавливают перечень, определения и критерии оценки опасных агрометеорологических явлений (ОАЯ), наиболее значимых по наносимому сельскохозяйственным культурам ущербу. Рекомендации предназначены для опытного применения учреждениями Росгидромета при осуществлении агрометеорологического информационного обеспечения потребителей.
