The document establishes recommendations for the design of the plan, longitudinal and transverse profiles of public roads. The document applies to the design of newly built and reconstructed roads. The document does not apply to temporary roads, low-traffic roads, as well as to the design of streets in settlements. The document is intended for use by customer organizations, design, construction and operating organizations operating in the field of road facilities.
Документ устанавливает рекомендации по проектированию плана, продольного и поперечного профилей автомобильных дорог общего пользования. Документ распространяется на проектирование вновь строящихся и реконструируемых автомобильных дорог. Действие документа не распространяется на временные автомобильные дороги, автомобильные дороги с низкой интенсивностью движения, а также на проектирование улиц в населенных пунктах. Документ предназначен для использования организациями-заказчиками, проектными, строительными и эксплуатирующими организациями, ведущих деятельность в сфере дорожного хозяйства.
