The strategy is aimed at creating conditions for ensuring sustainable high growth rates of export of services, increasing the competitiveness of Russian services in global markets and creating attractive conditions for exporters of services and investors in the Russian Federation based on a set of approaches to regulating and taxing export activities that are no less effective than competing jurisdictions
Стратегия направлена на создание условий для обеспечения устойчивых высоких темпов роста экспорта услуг, повышение конкурентоспособности российских услуг на глобальных рынках и формирование в Российской Федерации привлекательных для экспортеров услуг и инвесторов условий на основе совокупности подходов к регулированию и налогообложению экспортной деятельности, не менее эффективных по сравнению с конкурирующими юрисдикциями
