The methodology defines methods and means of primary and periodic verification of measuring channels of the automated information measurement commercial electricity metering system (AIIS KUE) of the Kirenga traction substation of the East Siberian Railway branch of the Russian Railways OJSC within the boundaries of the Irkutsk Region (AIIS KUE), factory number 6082, intended for measurements of active and reactive electricity consumed at specified time intervals by individual technological facilities of the East Siberian Railway a branch of Russian Railways OJSC within the boundaries of the Irkutsk Region, collection, storage, processing and transmission of information received. System output can be used for commercial calculations.
Методика определяет методы и средства проведения первичной и периодической поверок измерительных каналов системы автоматизированной информационно-измерительной коммерческого учета электроэнергии (АИИС КУЭ) тяговой подстанции "Киренга" Восточно-Сибирской ЖД филиала ОАО "Российские железные дороги" в границах Иркутской области (АИИС КУЭ), заводской номер 6082, предназначенной для измерений активной и реактивной электроэнергии, потребленной за установленные интервалы времени отдельными технологическими объектами Восточно-Сибирской ЖД филиала ОАО "Российские железные дороги" в границах Иркутской области, сбора, хранения, обработки и передачи полученной информации. Выходные данные системы могут быть использованы для коммерческих расчетов.
