The standard establishes the main provisions for the creation and use of remote control systems (KFOR) of industrial safety (BF) of hazardous production facilities (KPOs) - KFB PB KPOs that implement their functions within the systems (subsystems, facilities) of multifunctional safety systems (IFSS) of coal mines. The standard applies to the requirements for the composition and content of work on the creation (modernization, development) of SDK PB OPO, the documentation, the procedure for control and testing, the composition and content of works on commissioning and maintenance, the system analysis of the information of SDK PB OPO, its quality functioning and decommissioning.
Стандарт устанавливает основные положения по созданию и применению систем дистанционного контроля (СДК) промышленной безопасности (ПБ) опасных производственных объектов (ОПО) — СДК ПБ ОПО, реализующих свои функции в рамках систем (подсистем, средств) многофункциональных систем безопасности (МФСБ) угольных шахт. Стандарт распространяется на требования к составу и содержанию работ по созданию (модернизации, развитию) СДК ПБ ОПО, к документации, порядку контроля и испытаний, составу и содержанию работ по вводу в действие и обеспечению функционирования, системному анализу информации СДК ПБ ОПО, к качеству ее функционирования и выведению из эксплуатации.
