The guidance document applies to equipment of radiochemical facilities of enterprises of the Department of Nuclear and Chemical Production of the Ministry of Atomic Energy of Russia and chemical and metallurgical facilities of enterprises of TVEL JSC, designed for use with radioactive media. The document classifies equipment into groups depending on the safety criteria for its operation, developed on the basis of the International Nuclear Event Scale (INES), and also establishes requirements for the design and manufacture of equipment in terms of obtaining licenses for the design and manufacture of equipment and special technical acceptance of the KPI.
Руководящий документ распространяется на оборудование радиохимических производств предприятий Департамента ядерно—химического производства Минатома России и химико-металлургических производств предприятий АО "ТВЭЛ", предназначенное для работы с радиоактивными средами. Документ классифицирует оборудование по группам в зависимости от критериев безопасности его работы, разработанных на основе международной шкалы ядерных событий (ИНЕС), а также устанавливает требования к проектированию и изготовлению оборудования в части получения лицензий на конструирование и изготовление оборудования и специальную техническую приемку КПИ.
