Guidelines determine the procedure for sampling (sampling) toys and products intended for children and adolescents, organizing their testing (research) and evaluating, presenting data by bodies and organizations of Rospotrebnadzor in order to ensure state supervision in the field of product safety in the implementation of federal state sanitary epidemiological surveillance, federal state supervision in the field of consumer protection, state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union. Guidelines can be used in the examination of toys and products intended for children and adolescents during scheduled and unscheduled inspections, control purchases and administrative investigations. Methodological recommendations have been developed with the aim of ensuring the order of sampling (samples) of toys and products intended for children and adolescents, organizing their research and evaluation, presenting data by bodies and organizations of Rospotrebnadzor during state supervision in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of non-food products. Guidelines are intended for specialists of bodies and organizations of Rospotrebnadzor.
Методические рекомендации определяют порядок отбора образцов (проб) игрушек и продукции, предназначенной для детей и подростков, организации их испытаний (исследований) и оценки, представления данных органами и организациями Роспотребнадзора в целях обеспечения государственного надзора в области обеспечения безопасности продукции при осуществлении федерального государственного санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора, федерального государственного надзора в области защиты прав потребителей, государственного контроля (надзора) за соблюдением требований технических регламентов Таможенного союза. Методические рекомендации могут использоваться при проведении экспертизы игрушек и продукции, предназначенной для детей и подростков при плановых и внеплановых проверках, контрольных закупках и административных расследованиях. Методические рекомендации разработаны с целью обеспечения порядка отбора образцов (проб) игрушек и продукции, предназначенной для детей и подростков, организации их исследований и оценки, представления данных органами и организациями Роспотребнадзора при осуществлении государственного надзора в области обеспечения качества и безопасности непищевой продукции. Методические рекомендации предназначены для специалистов органов и организаций Роспотребнадзора.
