The document applies to the certification of welders and gas cutters, and metallizers working in shipbuilding and ship repair, to allow them to carry out critical welding, surfacing, soldering, as well as to perform work on oxygen (gas), oxygen-flux, plasma cutting, gas and air-arc gouging (surface cutting), thermal spraying of ship structures, marine engineering products and marine instrumentation from metals and alloys. The document establishes uniform requirements and the procedure for certification of workers and conducting theoretical and practical tests for certification of workers, requirements for test results during certification of workers and the form of documents.
Документ распространяется на аттестацию сварщиков и газорезчиков, и металлизаторов, работающих в судостроении и судоремонте, для допуска их к выполнению ответственных работ по сварке, наплавке, пайке, а также к выполнению работ по кислородной (газовой), кислородно-флюсовой, плазменной резке, газовой и воздушно-дуговой строжке (поверхностной резке), газотермическому напылению судовых конструкций, изделий судового машиностроения и морского приборостроения из металлов и сплавов. Документ устанавливает единые требования и порядок аттестации рабочих и проведения теоретических и практических испытаний для аттестации рабочих, требования к результатам испытаний при аттестации рабочих и к форме документов.
