The standard applies to any expert opinions related to the assessment of the negative impact on a water body (the fact of causing harm / damage to it) as a result of economic activity by assessing the quality of water from surface water bodies from an environmental perspective.
Стандарт распространяется на любые экспертные заключения, связанные с оценкой негативного воздействия на водный объект (факта причинения ему вреда/ущерба) в результате хозяйственной деятельности путем оценки качества вод поверхностных водных объектов с экологических позиций.
