Charter of road transport and urban land electric transport

The federal law regulates the relations arising from the provision of services by road and city surface electric transport, which are part of the transport system of the Russian Federation, defines the general conditions for the transportation of passengers and baggage, cargo, respectively, by buses, trams, trolleybuses, cars, trucks, including using car trailers, car semi-trailers as well as general conditions for the provision of services to passengers, charterers, cargo ravitelyam, consignees, carriers, freighters to transport infrastructure
Федеральный закон регулирует отношения, возникающие при оказании услуг автомобильным транспортом и городским наземным электрическим транспортом, которые являются частью транспортной системы Российской Федерации, определяет общие условия перевозок пассажиров и багажа, грузов соответственно автобусами, трамваями, троллейбусами, легковыми автомобилями, грузовыми автомобилями, в том числе с использованием автомобильных прицепов, автомобильных полуприцепов а также общие условия предоставления услуг пассажирам, фрахтователям, грузоотправителям, грузополучателям, перевозчикам, фрахтовщикам на объектах транспортных инфраструктур
