The Regulation on the Public Council under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation determines the competence, procedure for the formation and composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia; the procedure for interaction between the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Government Commission for the Coordination of Open Government Activities, and the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation in forming the composition of the Public Council; as well as the procedure and conditions for the inclusion in the composition of the Public Council of experts independent from government bodies of the Russian Federation, representatives of interested public organizations and other persons
