The standard applies to ash and slag mixtures formed in thermal power plants with the combined removal of ash and slag or mechanically (pneumotransport) to an ash dump during the combustion of coal in a dusty state and representing secondary mineral resources used as components for the manufacture of concrete for all types of construction in in accordance with GOST 25192, GOST 26633, mortar according to GOST 28013, dry mortar according to GOST 31357, mineral binders, gravel and gravel mixtures - sand for coatings and bases of roads and airfields in accordance with GOST 25607 and materials treated with inorganic binders for road and airfield construction in accordance with GOST 23558, as well as for the production of mineral powder.
Стандарт распространяется на золошлаковые смеси, образующиеся на тепловых электростанциях при совместном гидроудалении золы и шлака или механическим способом (пневмотранспортом) в золоотвал в процессе сжигания углей в пылевидном состоянии и представляющие собой вторичные минеральные ресурсы, применяемые в качестве компонентов для изготовления бетонов для всех видов строительства в соответствии с ГОСТ 25192, ГОСТ 26633, строительных растворов по ГОСТ 28013, сухих строительных смесей по ГОСТ 31357, минеральных вяжущих, смесей щебеночно-гравийно-песчаных для покрытий и оснований автомобильных дорог и аэродромов по ГОСТ 25607 и материалов, обработанных неорганическими вяжущими для дорожного и аэродромного строительства по ГОСТ 23558, а также для получения минерального порошка.
