The standards are intended for the development of project documentation for the construction of new ones, the expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of metal structures of machine-building, instrument-making and metal-working enterprises and establish standards for equipment placement; norms of the working area per car; unit, installation; consumption rates and quality requirements for basic and auxiliary materials, electricity, water, air, gases; norms of stocks and warehousing of basic and auxiliary materials; norms of warehouse and utility rooms; the standard number of main and auxiliary workers, engineers, employees, MOS, quality control, nomenclature and distribution of the sanitary characteristics of workers into groups; safety requirements, industrial sanitation, environmental protection, aggregated indicators of labor productivity levels; mechanization and automation; use of materials, energy intensity of products; use of basic equipment; the cost of production.
Нормы предназначены для разработки проектной документации на строительство новых, расширение, реконструкцию и техническое перевооружение цехов металлоконструкций предприятий машиностроения, приборостроения и металлообработки и устанавливают нормы размещения оборудования; нормы рабочей площади на машину; агрегат, установку; нормы расхода и требования к качеству основных и вспомогательных материалов, электроэнергии, воды, воздуха, газов; нормы запасов и складирования основных и вспомогательных материалов; нормы складских и подсобных помещений; нормативную численность основных и вспомогательных рабочих, ИТР, служащих, МОП, ОТК, номенклатуру и распределение по группам санитарных характеристики работающих; требования безопасности, производственной санитарии, охраны окружающей среды, укрупненные показатели уровней производительности труда; механизации и автоматизации; использования материалов, энергоемкости продукции; использование основного оборудования; себестоимость продукции.
