The methodological recommendations are intended for organizing planning and implementing organizational and technical measures held by the GUVO of the Russian Guard and the Federal Research Institution "Research Center" Guard "of the Russian Guard in conjunction with industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation in the field of development and modernization of technical security equipment for the further use in the practical activities of the private security forces National Guard of the Russian Federation.
