The standard applies to baking powders (improvers), which are complex food additives made on the basis of wheat flour with the addition of enzyme preparations (enzymes), food acids, emulsifiers and sugar, designed to improve the quality of flour, bread and bakery products.

Стандарт распространяется на порошки (улучшители) хлебопекарные, представляющие собой комплексные пищевые добавки, изготавливаемые на основе муки пшеничной с добавлением ферментных препаратов (энзимов), пищевых кислот, эмульгаторов и сахара, предназначенные для улучшения качества муки, хлеба и хлебобулочных изделий.
