On viticulture and winemaking in the Russian Federation

Federal law regulates relations arising between organizations, agricultural consumer cooperatives, peasant (farmer) enterprises, individuals, government bodies of the Russian Federation, government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments in the field of viticulture and winemaking.
Федеральный закон регулирует отношения, возникающие между организациями, сельскохозяйственными потребительскими кооперативами, крестьянскими (фермерскими) хозяйствами, физическими лицами, органами государственной власти Российской Федерации, органами государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации и органами местного самоуправления в области виноградарства и виноделия.
