The standard applies to manholes for wells and chambers (hereinafter referred to as manholes) of underground utilities: heating networks, water supply, sewage, drainage, cable ducts, city cable network, city telephone network, fire hydrants, traffic aids, access carpets and protection various devices of pipe fittings that go to the surface of the earth, as well as to storm water inlets (hereinafter - storm water inlets), designed to receive surface wastewater and atmospheres sphere precipitation.
Стандарт распространяется на люки колодцев и камер (далее - люки) подземных инженерных коммуникаций: тепловых сетей, водопровода, канализации, дренажа, кабельной канализации, городской кабельной сети, городской телефонной сети, пожарных гидрантов, технических средств обеспечения движения, коверов, обеспечивающих доступ и защиту выходящим на поверхность земли различным устройствам трубопроводной арматуры, а также на дождеприемники ливневой канализации (далее - дождеприемники), предназначенные для приема поверхностных сточных вод и атмосферных осадков.
