Guide to the design preparation of capital construction in St. Petersburg

The manual applies to the organizational and technical procedure for the implementation of urban planning activities in St. Petersburg regarding the architectural and construction design of capital construction facilities to ensure their construction, reconstruction and major repairs, regardless of funding sources and forms of ownership.
Руководство распространяется на организационно-технический порядок осуществления градостроительной деятельности на территории Санкт-Петербурга в части архитектурно-строительного проектирования объектов капитального строительства для обеспечения их строительства, реконструкции и капитального ремонта, независимо от источников финансирования и форм собственности.
