On aquaculture (fish farming) and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation

Status: Valid. Enacted on January 1, 2014, with the exception of subparagraph "a" of paragraph 1, subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 and paragraph 6 of Article 18 of the Federal Law, which Will be enacted ten days after the day of its official publication
The federal law establishes the legal framework for regulation in the field of aquaculture (fish farming), including the protection of the rights and interests of individuals and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial and other activities in this area.
Федеральный закон устанавливает правовые основы регулирования в области аквакультуры (рыбоводства), в том числе в части защиты прав и интересов физических лиц и юридических лиц, осуществляющих предпринимательскую и иную деятельность в данной области.
