On approval of the Unified quarantine phytosanitary requirements for regulated products and regulated objects on the customs border and on the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union

Status: Active. according to paragraph 2, the Decision comes into force on the effective date of the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission "On Amending the Unified Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Unified Customs Tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union," but no earlier than July 1, 2017, for excluding clause 20 of the Unified Requirements. Clause 20 of the Unified Requirements shall enter into force on January 1, 2018.
The requirements are set for regulated products (regulated goods, regulated materials, regulated products) subject to quarantine phytosanitary control (supervision), and regulated objects and are aimed at preventing the import and distribution of quarantine objects on the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union
