The organization’s standard applies to cooked smoked sausage “Cervelat” and establishes the leading requirements for quality indicators determined during consumer tests in accordance with GOST R 54941 / ISO / IEC Guide 46: 1985.
Стандарт организации распространяется на колбасу варено-копченую «Сервелат» и устанавливает опережающие требования к показателям качества, определяемым при потребительских испытаниях в соответствии с ГОСТ Р 54941/Руководство ИСО/МЭК 46:1985.
