The set of rules establishes the rules for the operation of livestock, poultry and animal husbandry facilities: silo and hay trenches; facilities for processing the skin of animals; platforms for loading and unloading animals; sectional manure storages and litter storages; sites for composting manure and litter; inlet dischargers with heating and without heating the disinfectant; fencing. The set of rules also applies to the operation of structures of veterinary facilities, including: facilities for the disposal of animal and bird corpses (biothermal pits); facilities for the conservation of cattle cemeteries.
Свод правил устанавливает правила эксплуатации сооружений животноводческих, птицеводческих и звероводческих предприятий: силосных и сенажных траншей; сооружений для обработки кожного покрова животных; площадок для погрузки и выгрузки животных; секционных навозохранилищ и пометохранилищ; площадок для компостирования навоза и помета; въездных дезбарьеров с подогревом и без подогрева дезраствора; ограждений. Свод правил распространяется также на эксплуатацию сооружений ветеринарных объектов, в т.ч: сооружения для утилизации трупов животных и птицы (биотермические ямы); сооружения консервации скотомогильников.
