Methodical recommendations determine the main provisions for the organization of healthy eating for students of general educational organizations, including students in grades 1–4. The document is intended for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing catering services in general educational organizations; for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs supplying (selling) food products and food raw materials to general educational organizations; educational organizations; education management bodies, bodies and institutions of Rospotrebnadzor.
Методические рекомендации определяют основные положения по организации здорового питания обучающихся общеобразовательных организаций, в том числе обучающихся 1 - 4 классов. Документ предназначен для юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, оказывающих услуги по организации питания в общеобразовательных организациях; для юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, поставляющих (реализующих) пищевые продукты и продовольственное сырье в общеобразовательные организации; общеобразовательных организаций; органов управления образованием, органов и учреждений Роспотребнадзора.
