The set of rules establishes the requirements for the network, placement, composition of the elements of the land plot of buildings of organizations of additional education for children; buildings, premises of organizations of additional education for children, built-in and built-in-attached to residential and public buildings; functional groups, composition and areas of premises, space-planning solutions, lighting, engineering equipment. The set of rules applies to the design of newly constructed, reconstructed buildings and premises of organizations of additional education for children of any organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership.
Свод правил устанавливает требования к сети, размещению, составу элементов земельного участка зданий организаций дополнительного образования детей; зданиям, помещениям организаций дополнительного образования детей, встроенным и встроенно-пристроенным в жилые и общественные здания; функциональным группам, составу и площадям помещений, объемно-планировочным решениям, освещению, инженерному оборудованию. Свод правил распространяется на проектирование вновь строящихся, реконструируемых зданий и помещений организаций дополнительного образования детей любых организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности.
