The set of rules establishes the rules for the design and construction of new capital artificial structures (bridge crossings, bridges, including overpasses, viaducts, flyovers and pedestrian bridges, pipes under embankments, as well as transport tunnels) on high-speed railway lines (1520 mm gauge) when passenger traffic trains with speeds up to 350 km / h.
Свод правил устанавливает правила проектирования и строительства новых капитальных искусственных сооружений (мостовых переходов, мостов, в том числе путепроводов, виадуков, эстакад и пешеходных мостов, труб под насыпями, а также транспортных тоннелей) на высокоскоростных железнодорожных линиях (колеи 1520 мм) при движении пассажирских поездов со скоростями до 350 км/ч.
