The standard applies to “Dairy” sausages sold in retail trade (hereinafter referred to as sausages) and establishes advanced requirements for quality indicators determined during consumer tests in accordance with GOST R 54941 / ISO / IEC Guide 46: 1985.
Стандарт распространяется на сосиски «Молочные», реализуемые в розничной торговле, (далее — сосиски) и устанавливает опережающие требования к показателям качества, определяемым при потребительских испытаниях в соответствии с ГОСТ Р 54941/Руководство ИСО/МЭК 46:1985.
