The set of rules establishes the rules for the application of information modeling technologies for buildings and structures in the development and use of cost-effective design documentation for reuse. The set of rules applies to residential buildings, social facilities, buildings of general education and preschool educational organizations, sports facilities, implemented according to cost-effective design documentation for reuse and made using information modeling technologies for buildings and structures
Свод правил устанавливает правила применения технологий информационного моделирования зданий и сооружений при разработке и использовании экономически эффективной проектной документации повторного использования. Свод правил распространяется на жилые здания, объекты социально-бытового назначения, здания общеобразовательных и дошкольных образовательных организаций, спортивные сооружения, реализуемые по экономически эффективной проектной документации повторного использования и выполненные с применением технологий информационного моделирования зданий и сооружений
