The list of national standards and sets of rules (parts of such standards and sets of rules), as a result of which, on a mandatory basis, compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 384-FZ, includes documents containing the minimum necessary requirements to ensure the safety of buildings and structures (including in their composition of networks of engineering and technical support and systems of engineering and technical support), as well as associated with buildings and structures design processes (including surveys), construction, installation, adjustment, operation and disposal (demolition).
В перечень национальных стандартов и сводов правил (частей таких стандартов и сводов правил), в результате применения которых на обязательной основе обеспечивается соблюдение требований Федерального закона № 384-ФЗ включаются документы, содержащие минимально необходимые требования для обеспечения безопасности зданий и сооружений (в том числе входящих в их состав сетей инженерно-технического обеспечения и систем инженерно-технического обеспечения), а также связанных со зданиями и сооружениями процессов проектирования (включая изыскания), строительства, монтажа, наладки, эксплуатации и утилизации (сноса).
