The recommendations provide the procedure for providing information necessary for the development of a design assignment and project documentation for equipped, reconstructed and technically re-equipped facilities that are guarded or subject to centralized security to private security units. Recommendations generalize and unify the provisions of departmental standards for equipping facilities with engineering and technical security equipment
