The standard applies to primers (impregnating strengthening soils and hydrophobizing impregnations), produced industrially in the form of water-dispersion compositions, intended for treatment of layers in facade thermal insulation composite systems with external plaster layers (SFTK) used in construction, reconstruction and overhaul of facilities capital construction.
Стандарт распространяется на грунтовочные составы (пропитывающие укрепляющие грунты и гидрофобизирующие пропитки), выпускаемые промышленным способом в виде водно-дисперсионных составов, предназначенные для обработки слоев в фасадных теплоизоляционных композиционных системах с наружными штукатурными слоями (СФТК), применяемых при строительстве, реконструкции и капитальном ремонте объектов капитального строительства.
