Rules for the provision of telephone services
Правила оказания услуг телефонной связи
Status: It works. The resolution that approved the rules comes into force 30 days after the day of its official publication, with the exception of the rules provided for in subparagraphs "c" and "d" of paragraph 122 of the Rules for the provision of telephone services, which come into force on April 1, 2015.
The rules regulate the relationship between the subscriber and (or) the user of telephone services and the communication operator in the provision of local, intra-zone, intercity and international telephone communication services in the public communication network, as well as in the provision of mobile radio communication services, mobile radio telephone communication services and mobile satellite services. radio communications in the public communications network
