Regulation on licensing pharmaceutical activities
Положение о лицензировании фармацевтической деятельности
Status: Effective
The Regulation establishes the procedure for licensing pharmaceutical activities carried out by legal entities, including drug wholesalers, pharmacy organizations, veterinary pharmacy organizations, as well as medical organizations and their separate divisions (centers (departments) of general medical (family) practice, outpatient clinics, paramedics and paramedics - obstetric stations) located in rural settlements in which there are no pharmacy organizations, veterinary organizations, and individual entrepreneurs
Положение устанавливает порядок лицензирования фармацевтической деятельности, осуществляемой юридическими лицами, включая организации оптовой торговли лекарственными средствами, аптечные организации, ветеринарные аптечные организации, а также медицинские организации и их обособленные подразделения (центры (отделения) общей врачебной (семейной) практики, амбулатории, фельдшерские и фельдшерско-акушерские пункты), расположенные в сельских населенных пунктах, в которых отсутствуют аптечные организации, ветеринарные организации, и индивидуальными предпринимателями
