Federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety "General explosion safety rules for explosive and fire hazardous chemical, petrochemical and oil refining industries" establish requirements aimed at ensuring industrial safety, preventing accidents, accidents at hazardous production facilities of the chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas processing industries, which produce , used, processed, formed, stored, transported, destroyed hazardous substances, including those capable of forming vapor, gas and dust-air explosive and fire-hazardous mixtures, except for condensed explosives.
Федеральные нормы и правила в области промышленной безопасности "Общие правила взрывобезопасности для взрывопожароопасных химических, нефтехимических и нефтеперерабатывающих производств" устанавливают требования, направленные на обеспечение промышленной безопасности, предупреждение аварий, случаев производственного травматизма на опасных производственных объектах химической, нефтехимической и нефтегазоперерабатывающей промышленности, на которых получаются, используются, перерабатываются, образуются, хранятся, транспортируются, уничтожаются опасные вещества, в том числе способные образовывать паро-, газо- и пылевоздушные взрывопожароопасные смеси, кроме конденсированных взрывчатых веществ.
