The regulation applies to the design, construction, operation, expansion *, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, conservation and liquidation of coal preparation plants, coal preparation plants, coal sorting complexes and enterprises of granular coal powder, as well as during the manufacture, installation, adjustment, operation, repair and storage of technical devices.
Положение действует при проектировании, строительстве, эксплуатации, расширении*, реконструкции, техническом перевооружении, консервации и ликвидации углеобогатительных фабрик, установок обогащения угля, углесортировочных комплексов и предприятий гранулированного угольного порошка, а также при изготовлении, монтаже, наладке, эксплуатации, ремонте и хранении технических устройств.
