The instruction is intended for employees of coal mining organizations that extract coal by the underground method, employees of territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, paramilitary mine rescue units, laboratories performing sampling and checking the composition of mine air in mine workings and establishes the procedure for checking the composition, consumption, temperature and humidity of mine air; determination of gas content and establishment of the category of mines for methane and / or carbon dioxide.
Инструкция предназначена для работников угледобывающих организаций, добывающих уголь подземным способом, работников территориальных органов Федеральной службы по экологическому технологическому и атомному надзору, военизированных горноспасательных частей, лабораторий, выполняющих отбор проб и проверку состава рудничного воздуха в горных выработках шахт и устанавливает порядок проверки состава, расхода, температуры и влажности рудничного воздуха; определения газообильности и установления категории шахт по метану и/или диоксиду углерода.
