Federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety apply to: gas filling stations, including unloading railway racks and railway tracks on the territory of these stations; gas filling points; intermediate storage of cylinders with the amount of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from 1 ton and more; tank installations, including external and internal gas pipelines and technical devices of facilities using liquefied hydrocarbon gases as fuel (except for the gas consumption network of residential, administrative, public and domestic buildings); means of protecting steel gas pipelines and tanks from electrochemical corrosion; means of safety, regulation and protection, as well as systems for automated control of production processes when using liquefied hydrocarbon gases.
Федеральные нормы и правила в области промышленной безопасности распространяются на: газонаполнительные станции, включая сливные железнодорожные эстакады и железнодорожные пути на территории этих станций; газонаполнительные пункты; промежуточные склады баллонов с количеством сжиженных углеводородных газов от 1 т и более; резервуарные установки, включая наружные и внутренние газопроводы и технические устройства объектов, использующих сжиженные углеводородные газы в качестве топлива (кроме сети газопотребления жилых, административных, общественных и бытовых зданий); средства защиты стальных газопроводов и резервуаров от электрохимической коррозии; средства безопасности, регулирования и защиты, а также на системы автоматизированного управления производственными процессами при использовании сжиженных углеводородных газов.
