The rules establish requirements for the manufacture, storage, transportation and use of industrial explosive materials in case other requirements are not established by the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of explosives and products based on them" (TR CU 028/2012)

Правила устанавливают требования к изготовлению, хранению, транспортированию и применению взрывчатых материалов промышленного назначения в случае, если иные требования не установлены Техническим регламентом Таможенного союза "О безопасности взрывчатых веществ и изделий на их основе" (ТР ТС 028/2012)
