The rules are mandatory for all managers, specialists and employees of organizations operating hazardous production facilities where oil fields are being developed by underground mining, organizations involved in the design, construction of oil mines, design, manufacture, installation, operation and repair of technical devices used in oil mines , third-party organizations operating in oil mines, professional emergency rescue teams, employees of organizations whose activities are related to visiting oil mines.
