The Regulation determines the procedure for licensing medical activities carried out in the Russian Federation by medical and other organizations, as well as individual entrepreneurs, with the exception of the specified activities carried out by medical organizations and other organizations that are part of the private healthcare system, on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center
