The procedure determines the rules of interaction between the National Association of Self-Regulatory Organizations based on the membership of persons performing engineering surveys and self-regulatory organizations based on the membership of persons preparing design documentation, the National Association of Self-Regulatory Organizations based on the membership of persons carrying out construction, and a self-regulatory organization, respectively, in the field of engineering surveys, architectural and construction design, construction, reconstruction, overhaul, demolition of capital construction projects in cases of exclusion of information about such a self-regulatory organization from the state register of self-regulatory organizations, as well as a self-regulatory organization, which decided to admit legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who were members of an excluded self-regulatory organization
Порядок определяет правила взаимодействия Национального объединения саморегулируемых организаций, основанных на членстве лиц, выполняющих инженерные изыскания, и саморегулируемых организаций, основанных на членстве лиц, осуществляющих подготовку проектной документации, Национального объединения саморегулируемых организаций, основанных на членстве лиц, осуществляющих строительство, и саморегулируемой организации соответственно в области инженерных изысканий, архитектурно-строительного проектирования, строительства, реконструкции, капитального ремонта, сноса объектов капитального строительства в случаях исключения сведений о такой саморегулируемой организации из государственного реестра саморегулируемых организаций, а также саморегулируемой организации, которой принято решение о приеме в свои члены юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, являвшихся членами исключенной саморегулируемой организации
