Fire safety rules in forests
Правила пожарной безопасности в лесах
Status: Inactive - Expired. The decree that approved the Rules has ceased to be in force in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2020 No. 1132
The rules establish uniform requirements for ensuring fire safety in forests when using, protecting, protecting, reproducing forests, carrying out other activities in forests, as well as when citizens are in forests and are binding on state authorities, local governments, as well as legal entities and citizens. Fire safety rules in forests for each forest region are established by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation.
Правила устанавливают единые требования к обеспечению пожарной безопасности в лесах при использовании, охране, защите, воспроизводстве лесов, осуществлении иной деятельности в лесах, а также при пребывании граждан в лесах и являются обязательными для исполнения органами государственной власти, органами местного самоуправления, а также юридическими лицами и гражданами. Правила пожарной безопасности в лесах для каждого лесного района устанавливаются Министерством природных ресурсов Российской Федерации.
