The rules establish the procedure for organizing the transportation of various types of goods by road, ensuring the safety of goods, vehicles and containers, as well as the conditions for the carriage of goods and the provision of vehicles for such transportation
Правила устанавливают порядок организации перевозки различных видов грузов автомобильным транспортом, обеспечения сохранности грузов, транспортных средств и контейнеров, а также условия перевозки грузов и предоставления транспортных средств для такой перевозки
